To apply for a scholarship, you will need to apply for and receive an offer for an Aston University course first.
Scholarship applications open on key dates throughout the year, and we will share information on how to apply closer to those dates.
The Undergraduate International Community Scholarship is a competitive, application-based award for eligible undergraduate applicants joining Aston University in September 2026.
Value: £5,000, applied to the first year of undergraduate study only.

The International Community Scholarship offers a discount to tuition fees to all international applicants who pay their deposit by a specific date.
This discount will be automatically subtracted from the tuition fees of those who meet the above criteria, there is no need to apply.

How to apply: You will be invited to an MBA interview. The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to ask us anything about our MBA programme. During the interview we will also assess your suitability for a scholarship. All scholarships are awarded on the basis of a recommendation to an award panel after interview.

The NCUK Articulation and Progression Scholarship supports international students progressing/articulating from an NCUK pathway programme to continue their studies at Aston University, Birmingham.
The scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction for eligible students progressing/articulating from an NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY), International Year One (IY1), or Master's Preparation programme (MP) and enrolling at Aston University for the September 2026 intake.
The scholarship is competitive and application-based, meaning applicants must submit a scholarship application to be considered. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded. All applications are assessed in line with the published eligibility requirements and scholarship availability.
Scholarships are applied as a tuition fee reduction to the eligible programme of study and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another programme, applicant, or intake.

For students progressing/articulating from NCUK International Year One, the scholarship may be awarded across two academic years. Students who meet the continuation requirements during their first year at Aston University may receive a further £5,000 tuition fee reduction in their final year of study.
Continuation of the final-year award requires students to achieve an overall 60% average at first attempt, pass all modules at first attempt, and remain enrolled as an Overseas fee payer.
How to apply
To be considered for the NCUK Articulation and Progression Scholarship, applicants must complete the scholarship application form after receiving an offer to study at Aston University.
Applicants will be asked to submit a short written statement as part of the application explaining why they should be considered for the scholarship.
Applications are reviewed following the submission deadline. Where the number of eligible applications exceeds the available scholarship allocation, applications will be assessed competitively using the University’s internal evaluation process.

The NEFU Articulation Scholarship supports eligible students progressing to Aston University through the dual-degree partnership between Northeast Forestry University (NEFU) and Aston University.
The scholarship provides a £5,000 tuition fee reduction for students joining Aston University through the approved 3+1 articulation pathway, where students complete three years of study at NEFU before progressing to Aston University to complete the final year of the programme.
This scholarship is automatic and non-competitive. Eligible students do not need to submit a separate scholarship application.
Students progressing through the NEFU partnership route will be informed of the scholarship by their partner institution and the Aston University Partnership Lead. The award is confirmed once the required programme deposit has been paid and becomes active following successful enrolment at Aston University.

If a student withdraws before enrolment, does not enrol, or is unable to obtain a visa, the scholarship will automatically lapse.

OnCampus Aston Merit Scholarships
The OnCampus Aston Merit Scholarships recognise high-achieving international students who progress from OnCampus Aston to study at Aston University, Birmingham.
These scholarships provide a tuition fee reduction of up to £6,000 for eligible students joining Aston University in September 2026.
All scholarships are awarded automatically, based on academic performance. There is no separate application process.
Eligible students will normally be identified through the OnCampus Aston progression process. The scholarship is confirmed once the required tuition fee deposit has been paid and becomes active after successful enrolment at Aston University.
OnCampus Aston Progression Scholarships
The value and allocation of the OnCampus Aston Progression Scholarships are determined by OnCampus Aston. Applied as a tuition fee discount, the scholarship awarded by Aston University will match the value of the scholarship awarded to the student by OnCampus Aston during the foundation year.

The Symbiosis Articulation Merit Scholarship supports high-achieving students progressing to Aston University, Birmingham through the formal dual degree partnership with Symbiosis International University (India).
The scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction for the first year of study at Aston University for eligible students joining the September 2026 intake.
This scholarship is automatic and merit-based. Eligible students do not need to submit a separate scholarship application. Awards are determined based on academic performance achieved at Symbiosis prior to articulation.
Students will normally be informed of the scholarship through Symbiosis and the Aston University Partnership team. The scholarship is confirmed once the required programme deposit has been paid and becomes active after successful enrolment at Aston University.
