Meet our team 

Meet our team of expert biosciences staff who come from a wide range of research and industry backgrounds in the field.

Our Biosciences department employs more than 75 staff members across teaching, research, technical, and support roles. Over 40 of our academic staff focus on teaching within our diverse range of programmes, collaborating to implement innovative teaching methods and offer exceptional support to our students throughout their time at Aston. Our staff members are highly qualified, with many being at least Fellows of the Higher Education Academy or actively working towards this recognition. They form a dynamic group of inspiring educators and researchers.
