Your home from home

Welcome to our on-campus accommodation, Aston Student Village, provided by Unite Students.

Staying here will mean you’ll be a couple of minutes’ walk from all your lecture halls and the library, perfect if you’re someone who likes to leave it until the last second to get out of bed.

It’ll also come in handy when exam season rolls around, especially if you need to do any late-night study sessions in the university library.

Find your new university home with Unite Students and make the most of communal study and social spaces, on-site gyms and 24-hour security.

Allocation and availability

Whilst we try to accommodate everyone's choice, the allocations team cannot guarantee that you will get the room you prefer though, due to limited availability.

Other considerations

  • Foundation students moving to the 1st year proper of their degree as part of an integrated 4 or 5 year course are classed as returning students under our allocation policy.
  • We endeavour to accommodate all applicants’ preferences, however, on occasions we may be unable to fulfil them due to lack of availability of appropriate accommodation. Although we try to meet requests for mixed sex or single sex accommodation, it is not always possible for us to do so.
  • If you need an accessible room, please also contact the Disability and Neurodiversity Team for more information and support with your application.
