Aston University provides guaranteed Campus Accommodation for Postgraduate Students starting in September/October or January.

September/October 2026 Postgraduate Starters
Accommodation applications for September/October 2026 Postgraduate students (until September/October 2027) are open. Apply today
Rooms available from £172.20 per week for 7 bed shared ensuite flat. Contracts for 51 weeks from 12th September or 26th September 2026.
Aston University guarantees campus accommodation to Postgraduate (Masters and Research) applicants for their first year of study at Aston University, beginning in September 2026, providing they fulfil the criteria set out below:

They apply to Aston University as a full time student for the full academic year

They have obtained the required qualifications (as appropriate) and Masters applicants have paid their Aston University course deposit.
- They have applied for Aston Student Village accommodation through the online portal
Postgraduate applicants may choose a 51 week Tenancy Agreement only. Further details and Tenancy Conditions can be found on the Unite Students website.
Postgraduate accommodation is in the William Murdoch building on campus.

We welcome applicants to apply for campus accommodation from June 2026.
